Following the success of Norfolk council’s tweetathon, adoption charity Adoption Matters followed suit to Stand Up For Social Work and shed some light on the everyday tasks of their social workers.
Teams across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands shared photos and stories from their meetings where they assessed adopters, helped find matches and got feedback on their work.
