Quality Protects, like Valuing People, Supporting People and Tackling Drugs, were huge Category Sourcing Programmes driven by financial path dependencies on the EU/EC in all matter of social protection.

The little known detail is that the performance management frameworks were in fact simply copied across from those used in the film industry ie the treatment plans. The standardisation and marketing of which became the basis of the mimetic desire to please and appease the bullies ~ the shaming was horrific and the grandiosity obscene; it was though the seed bed for the systemic narcissism of today.

The impact of the financial path dependency on the EC/EU hasn’t yet be fully addressed and felt.
