My daughter has just finished her ASYE in a local LA and has not been adequately supported, hasn’t had the “protected case load” and has been allocated complex files and expected to just put up and shut up!

If the DOE thought to actually speak to us who are actually front line social work practitioners they will understand what the hell is happening on our broken system rather than sat criticising our profession and blaming us for all safeguarding failures it’s infuriating!!!
